55 plus Exercise Classes

55 Plus Fitness Class- Increase your Energy!

Enjoy a full body workout with a focus on cardio, muscle conditioning, flexibility, and balance. This simple workout is safe and effective – ideal for the 55+ adult.

This class is delivered by Rebecca Capodilupo certified by the AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) in Yoga Fit I and Senior YogaFit. Rebecca is a certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer.

8:15AM to 9:15AM

October 9 – November 15 (Six Week Session)

  Cost (full course): $144 for 6 Weeks, 2 sessions/week. (Prepayment required).

Cost (per Session):

$15 "drop-in" rate.
