Athletes In Motion
Youth Clinics
Athletes in Motion Youth Clinic is a collection of conditioning workouts crafted for children ages 6 - 18.
Our number-one priority is to teach children and teenagers the basic skills they need to be successful in sports and other physical activities. Our workouts are safely run; we teach kids the proper execution of movement to help prevent injuries. The best time to instill a good physical routine is when we're young, which is the primary focus of this clinic.
We offer the following workouts each day:
General conditioning (GEN) - which all kids need whether athletic or not
Speed conditioning (SPD) – useful for all sports
Soccer conditioning (SOC) – designed specifically for current or future soccer players
All workouts include exercises and techniques to improve:
- Agility
- Coordination
- Quickness
- Balance
- Spatial orientation
- Endurance
- Strength
- Speed
- Synchronization of movement
