Functional Strength Training is an integrated approach to strength training focused on exercising multiple muscles and joints together instead of working muscles in isolation as with conventional strength training. Functional Strength Training can be performed with or without equipment.

Functional Strength Training is another way to enhance coordination, muscular strength and endurance- and ultimately build a better body able to respond to life’s daily physical challenges.
