I am delighted with the post rehabilitation
training that I have received at CBC.
I had a post operative stroke and seizure at the
end of May last year, following which I was
totally paralyzed on my left side. On leaving
the hospital in June I received several months
of occupational and physical therapy.
When those services were concluded, I was
referred to CBC by a friend and came for an
evaluation in January of 2007. The physical
training that I have received since that time
has been very effective in addressing balance
problems and building up my strength. The gym is
small, yet well equipped, and clean. The gym
presents a supportive and personalized
environment design to enable clients to achieve
their personal goals.
Armand takes great pains to address the personal
needs of each one of his clients and develop a
customized training plan to meet those needs,
introducing variety into the exercises, session
to session, so that the sessions do not become
tedious. The equipment available is of the
highest standard and in particular I like the
Vortex as it offers a variety of different
exercise possibilities which in my case have
effectively addressed my balance and strength
building needs in a manner which is not offered
by other commonly used equipment.
I am grateful that Armand is helping me progress
towards a full recovery.
