Tone and Sculpt Exercise Classes

Tone and Sculpt Class - Increase your strength, flexibility, and balance!

We’ll use a variety of tools including balls, bands, free weights as well as Pilates and Yoga exercises to tone and sculpt, stretch and practice balance. In just one hour, twice a week you’ll accomplish a full body workout which will increase your metabolism, and improve your functional strength, coordination and flexibility.

This class is delivered by Rebecca Capodilupo certified by the AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) in Yoga Fit I and Senior YogaFit. Rebecca is a certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer.

  Cost (full course): $144 for 6 Weeks, 2 sessions/week. (Prepayment required).

$15 "drop-in" rate.
